Vong Vong: A circular expression of care

Vòng Vòng’s Inaugural Community Engagement Series: 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙤𝙩𝙨・. We are thrilled to bring together 30 artists, practitioners, and cultural workers from around the world based in Vancouver, Los Angeles, Paris, and Sài Gòn 🌏!

Join us from 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟭-𝟮𝟰 for 5 in-person events, from a social with @mahjongmistress to an evening with Vietnamese drag to a contemplative afternoon with poetry and handmade baos with collaborators across disciplines whose ancestral and cultural background inform their practice in Vancouver’s Historic Chinatown on unceded Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh land at @massyartssociety and Atelier254.

Plus! There are 3 online activities for those near and far 🛰️, including a screening of five Vietnamese short films.

We are committed to ongoing learning and improvement, working closely with community members to identify and address accessibility challenges in future iterations of Vòng Vòng.
