Leading with this question as the heart of the film, Fan Popo @popofan interviews six Chinese mothers who share openly and freely about their experiences as parents of gay and lesbian children with the camera, in a culture where queer identity and sexual outness is often unaccepted.
Join us for a free community film screening of Mama Rainbow 彩虹伴我心. The screening will be followed by a pre-recorded Q&A with the director Fan Popo, who’s currently residing in Berlin, and a facilitated open discussion and sharing session among participants.
